We start every job by going over all the details with our customers. This helps insure there is no miscommunications. Tony the owner has a office in his home so he can be reached at any time 

Prepping the job

First we power washing the house with a pressure washer and a detergent  that is specially formulated for this application. After the structure is totally dry (This is usually next day) we lay down drop cloths to protect  decks, driveways, walkways, patios, bushes, flower beds and any other structure or landscaping. Once we have the area protected we check the structure for any loose or missing shingles siding ect . If the customer wants we can replace or reattach these materials. we also check for spaces that need to be caulked and remove old caulk. We scrape any loose paint that was left behind after power washing. We prime all bare wood and any areas where repairs have been made.

Before we start painting we can put a sample on structure that is to be painted and ask the customer to confirm the color. 

After the job is complete we do a walk around with the customer to make sure everything is to there satisfaction.
